研究领域:
从事单晶生长及其高能射线辐射探测器设计开发的研究工作。最近几年主要研究MAPbI3和CsPbBr3等卤化物钙钛矿半导体的单晶生长及其在射线辐照下的输运性能研究工作。也从事闪烁体单晶的生长及其物性研究
